The Idea

It's easy to spiral downward when we're on our own, so considering our mental, physical, spiritual wellbeing is valuable. Taking time for ourselves to breathe, and do the things we love to do is immensely valuable.

Things To Think About

  1. Establish normalcy, what are things you did before self-quarantining that you can still do today
  2. Make time for doing things you love, and for doing those things that make you feel alive
  3. Get creative by taking an virtual art class or museum tour. Draw, paint, and dance
  4. Remember you're not alone—call a friend!
