The Idea

Whether we are in a pandemic or not, taking care of your mental health is essential. Although experiencing mental illness can be isolating, you don’t have to face it alone. There are lots of programs and resources available to help you thrive despite mental illness.

Things To Think About

  1. You don’t have to face the pandemic alone, reach out and ask for help. 
  2. While we have to remain physically apart from many those we care about at the moment, let’s make sure that we are not socially apart. Safely stay in touch with family, friends and the community. 
  3. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. 
  4. It is important to make self-care and mindfulness a part of your daily routine.
