Get to Know Yourself

The Idea

Although many of us would do anything to go back to the way things were before quarantine, this time is a gift that we can use for self-discovery. We can use these moments to learn things about ourselves that we wouldn't have otherwise found.

Things To Think About

  1. Take a proactive approach to quarantine, dive into what matters to you and build in healthier habits.
  2. Carve out time to reflect on your life and what events and circumstances shaped who you are today.
  3. Write out your values in life and why they are important to you.
  4. Slowing down gives us time to process the world around us, reflect on our lives and think more honestly about our life decisions.
  5. Take some time with a personality test and study what the healthiest version of yourself looks like.
