On Wellbeing:
Eliminate Distractions

Eliminate Distractions

The Idea

Distractions at home are abundant—roommates, partners, pets, the list goes on. When we do our best to eliminate things that will pull us away from doing your best work, we'll start getting into a good workflow.

Things To Think About

  1. Create boundaries around friends and family expectations. Especially the people we live with
  2. Switch off social notifications not pertaining to work
  3. Having readily available and prepared food to eliminate being distracted during lunch breaks. Treating this time as we would in the office, coming to work with lunch packed
  4. Create a list of the worst distractions and implement rules to help conquer them

We need your help—and we’re here to help. Have something that worked well for you? Need help navigating through the storm?
